Kayan Facility Management grew from deep roots in interior architecture and fit-out works — joinery, wooden flooring, false and decorative ceilings, wall cladding and partitioning — into a full-scope facility management company serving commercial buildings and prestigious projects of different scales.
Our methodology is consistent: a documented quality plan, systematic inspection, and a dedicated team trained to handle projects of every scale — delivering value on time and within budget.
